SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 24-year-old man is under arrest after committing back-to-back “unprovoked” attacks at Fort Mason Park on Monday afternoon, said the San Francisco Police Department.

SFPD said its officers arrived at Laguna and Bay streets around 4:41 p.m. to search for a suspect who reportedly fled to the area following a physical altercation. Investigators soon learned that the suspect allegedly attacked a man unprovoked and stole his property before then randomly assaulting a woman.
The male victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries while the woman was treated at the scene by paramedics, said SFPD.
Police said the suspect was finally spotted near Laguna and Lombard streets before trying to outrun officers. The man — identified as Junaid Noon of San Francisco— was eventually taken into custody after a chase, said SFPD…
