A homeless man was found deceased outside near Solano Avenue in North Berkeley on Monday evening.
One woman said she saw what appeared to be a covered body on the ground on Colusa Avenue just north of Solano when she was walking her dog Monday evening.
Police had taped off the sidewalk and multiple officers were parked at the scene…
