A 61-year-old woman has been charged with murder in the shooting death of a 66-year-old woman in North Richmond this week, the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office said.
Charges against Terri James of Richmond, also included a firearm enhancement for intentionally discharging a weapon causing great bodily injury and death and felon in possession of a firearm. James is being held at the Martinez Detention Facility on $1 million bail, authorities said.
