The most serious violation reported by the inspectors at Ramen Hiroshi was evidence of rodent infestation. Inspectors noted rodent droppings in the main kitchen, near the entrance, and around the walk-in cooler. Inspectors observed an employee attempting to wash gloved hands without soap.
Several points of entry of vermin were also identified through gaps in doors and in a brick wall of the storage room.
