Oakland Police asked for the public’s help in locating a man suspected of a violent homicide in 2023.
On Tuesday, authorities released a photo of Brandon Bell, a suspect in the murder of Shamieka Mabery, who was fatally shot on the 6900 block of International Boulevard on Feb. 24, 2023.
The night of Mabery’s murder, the two were arguing when Ball shot Mabery while she was in her vehicle, police said. Ball then fled the scene on foot, and a warrant was soon issued for his arrest, authorities said…
