Vallejo officers recovered two guns after a pair of pursuits last week, including a chase that ended in a crash, police said Sunday.
The first pursuit started after officers tried to stop a reckless driver near Florida and Monterey streets Thursday, the Vallejo Police Department said. The driver took off at high speed, ignored stop signs and crashed into another car. The suspect then ditched his car, which ended up damaged, and ran through residential yards, but an officer caught up to him, police said.
