The U.S. Coast Guard Barque Eagle, a towering 295-foot sailing vessel and the largest tall ship flying the American flag, is scheduled to arrive in San Francisco this week, marking its first visit to the city in 16 years.
Known as “America’s Tall Ship,” Eagle will be docked at Pier 17, near the Exploratorium, beginning Saturday, June 28, and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
