An El Cerrito man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and causing a fatal crash on Interstate 80 in Albany early Friday morning, authorities said.
The crash, which involved a big rig truck, a Toyota Camry and a Hyundai Elantra, closed all eastbound lanes of the freeway after 3:45 a.m. at Buchanan Street. The lanes were reopened by around 6:30 a.m., CHP Officer Adib Zeid said.
