A person was stabbed Friday afternoon in the Mission District, the San Francisco Police Department said.
Officers responded to the area of Mission and 16th streets around 4:57 p.m. to find a person suffering from an apparent stab wound, police said. Officers provided aid to the victim, who was taken to a local hospital, police said. The injuries were not considered life-threatening.
