A recent incident reported by the Colma Police Department on social media involved a shoplifting case that became a substantial arrest on July 3. A man identified as Theodore Kelly, aged 30, was apprehended by officers after allegedly stealing items from the Marshalls store at 65 Colma Boulevard. According to the Colma Police Department, he took merchandise valued at $327.24 and attempted to escape through the emergency fire exit around 4:33 PM.
Once on the scene, officers were directed by the shopping center’s security, who had sighted the suspect in a wooded area leading toward Junipero Serra Boulevard.
