A San Francisco jury found a couple guilty of charges related to the 2017 fatal shooting of a man in the Bayview district, the District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Brejon Jackson, 28, was convicted of murder in the shooting death of 27-year-old Justin Willis. The jury also found that Jackson fired a gun at a car, with Willis inside, and that he possessed a firearm while concealing his identity with a mask.
Nakida Lampkins, Jackson’s girlfriend, was convicted of two felony counts of falsifying vehicle registration documents. Prosecutors said that after the shooting, Lampkins registered the getaway car in her name, claiming she purchased it a day after the incident, even though Jackson had taken it for a tune-up nine days earlier…
