U.S. Marshals arrested one person and were searching for two others Friday after a chaotic attempted arrest this week that placed an Oakland school on lockdown.
Around Thursday afternoon, U.S. Marshals were staged near Mountain Boulevard and Medau Place in Oakland waiting to arrest a man, who was wanted for allegedly violating his parole conditions, officials said.
