A driver in a stolen car wearing a ski mask was arrested after a police pursuit going the wrong way on Interstate 80 earlier this month, the Vallejo Police Department said Sunday.
Inside the Dodge Charger officers found a stolen gun loaded with a high-capacity magazine, as well as tools commonly used to steal cars, police said.
