The suspect accused of killing a man in the city’s Ingleside neighborhood over the weekend was making “sneering” comments to women waiting at a train platform when the victim stepped between them and was attacked, according to an incident report prosecutors filed in San Francisco Superior Court.
On Saturday around 4 p.m., Colden Kimber, 28, and his girlfriend were waiting for a K-line train at Ocean Avenue and Lee Street where they noticed a man making comments to other women at the platform, including “Oh, you think you are better than me” and “You are scared of me,” making the women move to the opposite side of the platform, prosecutors said. One of the women was with her two children, ages 8 and 14.
