A man police say pulled out a gun during a fight with his girlfriend in West Berkeley last month has been charged with two felonies, court papers show.
A witness saw the couple struggling on Seventh Street, near Allston Way, before they ended up wrestling on the ground shortly before midnight July 16, Berkeley police wrote in charging papers.
