The California Highway Patrol said that it nabbed a BMW M4 driver who allegedly posted social media content of him speeding dangerously at 170 mph.

“We are unaware of the exact number of posts he made, but we were able to find five different videos relevant to the case,” confirmed Officer Mendibil of CHP.
CHP said its Hayward Area office and Napa Air 37 unit took the man into custody on Interstate 880 northbound near 35th Avenue in Oakland following a vehicle pursuit. The date of the chase was not disclosed.
