A Bay Area driver was arrested after crashing their vehicle through the second-floor railing of a parking garage early Sunday morning, police said.
The individual was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after they plowed off the second floor of a downtown Pleasant Hill parking garage and landed their vehicle vertically in front of the garage’s entrance.
