A San Francisco Police Department recruit died on Friday, two days after he suffered a “medical emergency” at the academy following a training exercise, authorities said.
Jon-Marques Psalms, 30, was treated at the academy by paramedics then taken to the hospital Wednesday, where he died, the department said in a news release.
