Two men were arrested after police tied them to a 2023 fatal shooting in the Bayview neighborhood that left one man dead.
Detectives linked Tommy Thompson, 28, and Teangelo Harrison, 22, to the shooting, police said Friday. Officers arrested Thompson on Thursday morning without incident. Harrison was already in custody for an unrelated incident.
The shooting unfolded on Aug. 11, 2023, in the 1900 block of Keith Street, where officers found a man with gunshot wounds and began performing CPR. Paramedics took the man, who had life-threatening injuries, to a local hospital…
