San Ramon, CA — Two individuals have been arrested in connection with a series of organized retail thefts, following an investigation by the San Ramon Police Department’s Organized Retail Theft Suppression Team.
According to police, the suspects were caught after allegedly stealing a large quantity of merchandise from a Safeway store in San Ramon.
