(KRON) — Investigators said an aggressive driver on Interstate-880 in Oakland opened fire when he was unable to pass another vehicle.
Hakeem Jones, 36, is accused of shooting at a vehicle while he was driving on the busy freeway near the Market Street exit on August 15, prosecutors said.
