San José Police Dismantle Illicit Massage Parlor, San Francisco Woman Charged with Pandering

The streets of San José are a shade safer today after the San José Police Department’s Human Trafficking Task Force put the brakes on an illicit massage parlor operation, leading to the arrest of a suspected pimp and a handful of johns. In a sting that went down last Tuesday, detectives homed in on a shady business in the 1500 block of Oakland Road, according to a press release on the San José Police Department’s official site.

With a warrant, the squad, backed up by the Special Operations Division and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, swarmed the business. During the operation, they managed to touch base with three adult women at the scene, offering them support resources. The suspect, 34-year-old Yueying Chen from San Francisco, was arrested without a hitch and didn’t manage to duck the law. Four men were also cuffed for trying to buy sex…
