San Francisco police are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the murder of San Francisco resident Keith Albert, 32, was who fatally shot in the 3300 block of 20th Street in the Mission District on the morning of Aug. 5, police said.
The announcement comes after San Francisco made it easier to reward tipsters in June. The San Francisco Board of Supervisors passed the legislation that allows the police chief to approve rewards to tipsters who wish to remain anonymous or have past criminal histories.
