S.F. sheriff’s deputy arrested in alleged domestic battery case won’t face charges

A 32-year-old San Francisco sheriff’s deputy was arrested on Monday for allegations of domestic battery and released without being charged.

Police said that on Sunday, Sept. 28, a victim walked into the Park Police Station in Golden Gate Park to report that earlier that night, “an incident occurred with the suspect known to the victim,” according to police spokesperson Officer Eve Laokwansathitaya.

“The victim had no reports of injuries at the time,” Laokwansathitaya said, but police found probable cause to arrest Louis Alessandria.  It’s unclear what probable cause was found and neither the police or the DA clarified…
