Driver strikes 3 pedestrians in S.F., police say

A driver struck three pedestrians, sending one to the hospital, in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood on Monday, police said.

The crash happened near Divisadero Street and Pacific Avenue just before 5:45 p.m., authorities said. The driver remained on scene and cooperated with investigators, police said. Authorities said they do not believe alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
