The manager of San Francisco’s legendary strip club, the Condor Club, was shot and killed last week, police confirmed.
On Friday, Oct. 3, close to 6.30 a.m., a resident in Santa Rosa reported a body lying in the bike lane on the 2000 block of Brookwood Avenue. Police officers soon located a deceased man with a gunshot wound. He has now been identified as Mark Calcagni, a 60-year-old resident of Santa Rosa.
Calcagni was the longtime manager of the Condor Club, the storied strip club on the corner of Broadway Street and Columbus Avenue in San Francisco’s North Beach, the Gazetteer first reported.
