The man killed in a hit-and-run collision in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights neighborhood early Saturday was identified as Binod Budhathoki, a 30-year-old immigrant from Nepal who leaves behind an 8-year-old daughter, according to his friends and family.
Police said officers responded to Cortland and Anderson streets around 2:10 a.m. on October 4, where they found Budhathoki with severe injuries. Despite efforts by first responders and hospital staff, he did not survive.
