The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for a missing teenager from Castro Valley, Alameda County. Ganiah Grubbs, a 15-year-old girl, was last seen yesterday, at approximately 8:30 p.m. and is believed to be on foot. The alert was issued on behalf of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office, as reported by CHP Alerts.
