SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — An earlier equipment problem on the BART tracks near San Francisco’s Embarcadero station caused major delays Monday morning, officials said.
BART trains had been single tracking through the Transbay Tube since around 6 a.m. while dealing with a track obstruction, according to the Bay Area Rapid Transit District. Officials announced at 9:20 a.m. that BART was beginning to recover.
