SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A missing at-risk teenager last seen Monday morning in San Jose has been located, the California Highway Patrol announced Tuesday.
The 13-year-old was last seen around 8 a.m. Monday near Morrill Middle School, before being located.
An endangered missing advisory was activated for Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco counties…
