Man arrested for firing ‘multiple rounds’ in SF Fillmore District near MUNI bus station

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A 44-year-old man has been arrested for firing “multiple rounds” in the city’s Fillmore District near a MUNI bus shelter last Thursday, said the San Francisco Police Department.

SFPD said officers responded to a shot spotter activation at 10:10 a.m. in the intersection of Turk and Fillmore streets. Police later located a man who matched a suspect description aboard a MUNI bus, a short distance away at Fillmore and McAllister streets.

There were no reports of any injuries.
