On October 26, 2025, authorities arrested Arcturus Wiggins, a 49-year-old Richmond resident, after a year-long investigation into an attempted robbery at a Chevron gas station at 1399 San Pablo Ave. The incident occurred on November 21, 2024. A suspect with a silver revolver threatened a clerk and tried to enter the protected cashier area. The suspect did not take any money.
Detectives reviewed security footage and shared images with regional law enforcement. In December 2024, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office reported arresting Wiggins for similar robberies involving a silver revolver.
