One person dead in apartment fire in S.F.’s Cow Hollow

One person died Friday in a fire on the third floor of an apartment building in the Cow Hollow neighborhood, the San Francisco Fire Department reported.

The age and gender of the victim were not known, officials said, as was the cause of the fire. One other person suffered minor injuries. Two dogs and two cats were rescued, the fire department said.
