Hayward woman arrested in Marin fraud scheme at San Francisco Apple Store

On August 27, 2025, a Marin County resident called the Sheriff’s Office reporting that they had been a victim of fraud. The victim told Deputies that an unauthorized purchase had been made on her credit card. The purchase was made online at an Apple Store in San Francisco. The purchase was designated for store pick up. MCSO Detectives were able to obtain video of the suspect picking up the fraudulently purchased item. A Detective from another jurisdiction identified the suspect in the video from a similar fraud investigation.

Detectives obtained a search warrant for the suspect’s residence in Hayward. On October 29, 2025, MCSO Detectives executed the search warrant in Hayward and placed the female suspect under arrest. She was identified Aisuluu Mursalieva, 27, Hayward, CA. Inside the residence, Detectives located approximately 50 unopened Apple products, 50 counterfeit ID Cards, a laminator, and a color scanner. There were also multiple other unopened electronic devices of various brands. Detectives are investigating where the electronics were purchased from and working to see if there are any additional victims of identity theft…
