A woman was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of stabbing and killing her 19-year-old daughter in Martinez, authorities said.
Officers responded to a report of two women in a physical altercation at an apartment complex on Fig Tree Lane at about 1:41 p.m., the Martinez Police Department said. They found a woman lying unconscious in the parking lot.
