A 58-year-old man was charged with murder in the cold-case killing of a man in San Francisco’s Mission District in 2011, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Eddie Thomas was also charged with special-circumstance allegations that the homicide involved torture and elder abuse, the District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
