SF police seek person of interest as September assault victim remains in coma

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Months after an assault in San Francisco’s Mission Terrace neighborhood put a victim in a coma, police Tuesday are asking for the community’s help in identifying a person of interest in the case.

The aggravated assault occurred on September 27 at 5:47 p.m. on the 4600 block of Mission Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department. Officers arriving at the scene located a victim with life-threatening injuries. More than two months later, the victim remains in a coma, authorities said.
