Residents along a major portion of the West Coast may experience 10 unbroken days of rain as a collection of atmospheric rivers fuel storms expected to make landfall in the Pacific Northwest in the coming week.
Clouds will cover areas from San Francisco to Seattle as a high-pressure system pushes storms through the Pacific Northwest, bringing with them heavy rainfall in Washington, Oregon and Northern California, according to the Center for Western Weather and Water Extremes.
