(KRON) — San Francisco Police Department officers helped evacuate people from a burning building on Monterey Boulevard after an unknown person set the building on fire on October 25, a video released by SFPD shows.
Police were responding to a burglary call at the apartment at 9:50 p.m. when the fire was set. SFPD’s video of the response includes a recording of a woman telling a 911 operator that she could not escape the burning building.
“I can’t leave!” the woman told 911.
