Immigrant family trades RV for apartment in Lurie buyback first

Until last month, Carlos Lugo and Laura Clavijo had been living in an RV with their two children behind the Bayview BevMo for about a year.

Now, for the first time since arriving in San Francisco, they’re living in an apartment at Market and 8th streets.
