A 52-year-old San Mateo man was arrested late Thursday on suspicion of making criminal threats and driving under the influence after allegedly threatening to shoot a victim and a family member, police said.
Officers responded at about 11:54 p.m. to the 200 block of Elm Street following a report of threats involving a possible firearm.
