In San Francisco, a dog belonging to an elderly owner that had been cruelly kicked by an unknown assailant has been found safe. The incident occurred on Sunday in the area near Leavenworth Street.
According to the San Francisco Police Department police report, the suspect kicked the victim’s dog at which time the dog, named Charlotte Rose, ran away. The dog’s owner, a 65-year-old man, was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
