San Francisco store Cookin’, known for antique and hard-to-find kitchenware, will close Jan. 1 after more than four decades in business, according to its owner.
Judith Kaminsky, 79, cited several reasons for the looming closure, including the challenges of running the brick-and-mortar store in the era of online retail while ongoing construction in the area impacts parking for customers.
