Pre-dawn gunfire on the 3800 block of Telegraph Avenue left one person injured yesterday, according to the Oakland Police Department. Officers rushed to the scene just before 5:30 AM after reports of shots fired, finding a victim who was taken to a nearby hospital and listed in stable condition.
