Man Charged with DUI After Causing Injurious Multi-Vehicle Crash on Bay Bridge

A man has been charged with driving under the influence, causing a multi-vehicle crash with injuries. Bryon Livingston, 33, faced arraignment on Thursday, where he issued a not guilty plea to all charges, including DUI with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, as reported by the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.

The court, despite concerns from the District Attorney’s Office about Livingston posing a threat to public safety, released him on the condition that he would be monitored electronically and barred from consuming alcohol or non-prescribed drugs; moreover, he should not drive without possessing a valid California Driver’s License and insurance. Livingston’s trial is set to move forward with a prehearing conference scheduled for January 13, 2026.
