San Francisco’s medical examiner on Wednesday asked for the public’s help in identifying a woman found dead on a sidewalk in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood.
The woman was about 50 years old, weighed around 107 pounds, had green eyes and red hair and is 5 feet 4 inches tall, the examiner’s office said. She was white and had multiple tattoos, including one on her right arm that reads: “Self Care,” “you always have your health,” and “Pray Meditate Laugh.”
Officials said the woman was found unresponsive on May 18 in the entryway of a Walgreens store at 1301 Franklin St. She was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said…
