Police looking for suspect who attacked 65-year-old man and his dog in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police are searching for a man who allegedly attacked a 65-year-old man near the intersection of Post and Leavenworth streets in San Francisco on Dec. 7, causing him to suffer life-threatening injuries.

North Bay man wanted for attempted murder turns himself in

“Officers were advised that the assault occurred after an unknown suspect briefly interacted with the victim,” SFPD said. “During the interaction the suspect kicked the victim’s dog, and the dog ran away. San Francisco Police officers located the dog a few days later.”

The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying the suspect in the case. Police provided multiple photos of the man sought in the attack.
