San Francisco’s teachers union moved closer to a possible strike after Friday’s fact finding session ended at a crossroads, pushing the dispute to its final stage before labor leaders can call for a walkout.
In December, the district’s teachers union voted to support a strike if contract negotiations failed. A second strike vote is underway and runs through Wednesday and is expected to authorize a strike, union officials said.
