The body of a UC Berkeley student was recovered from Lake Anza four days after he went missing, authorities confirmed.
Divers with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office recovered the body of Saketh Sreenivasaiah from the swimming reservoir in the Berkeley hills shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday, said the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, whose coroner’s office is taking over the case.
Berkeley police had searched for the 22-year-old student since he went missing Tuesday, apparently upset about a relationship, the Berkeley Scanner reported. He was last seen on the 1700 block of Dwight Way, police said in a Nixle alert…
