Elon Musk breezed into the Phillip Burton Federal Building in Civic Center with a coterie of security guards on Thursday and Friday to defend himself in a case that accuses him of manipulating Twitter’s market value before he purchased the social media site and turned it into the tech bro fever dream that is X.
